Our Premium Audit and Loss Prevention Survey reports are designed and maintained in-house allowing us to quickly customize them to meet the needs of our customers and changes in the insurance industry. Our reports are built in the industry standard Microsoft Word and Excel formats. Completed reports can be provided to our customers by mail, fax, of as e-mail attachments.

Loss Control

Our business is based solely on our reputation for providing quality professional services to the casualty and property insurance industry's underwriters. We have a trained staff of specialized personnel to perform the underwriter's survey reports. It is our reputation that has sustained us these years, for without it we would cease to exist. Our service is geared to satisfy the specific needs of our clients' loss control needs.

Our reports contain clear commentary about the insured entity, along with risk improvement recommendations. The report is in dual format narrative commentary and data pages. In addition there are applicable photos when required and computer drawn diagrams.

When requested we can design specific types of proprietary survey reports that are for the exclusive use of the client insurance company. There is no charge for this specialized service.

Premium Auditing

Our premium audit formats are complete, consistent, and extremely easy to follow and process. We strive to answer all questions before they are asked. We work closely with our client companies, making certain their every concern is carefully addressed and every
requirement is completed. We fully realize that the physical audit is designed to provide the earned premiums for the protection afforded the insured entity during their contract term.

Our audit reports provide our client companies with a concise report that clearly states our findings, based on the insured entity's records and the exit interview at the close of the audit.

Voluntary (Mail) Audits

We offer a unique Voluntary Mail Audit program to the casualty insurance community. It is a program that is completely controlled by our computer. All mail audit letters are automatically generated by the computer based on the expiration date of the insurance policy that has been provided. This program has the following features:

Each mail audit letter is created based on the type of business operation that is to be contacted for their various exposure information. It requests such data as payroll, names and earnings of principals, overtime earnings, "tips", sales, copies of quarterly tax reports, etc. Included with the request letter is a pre-addressed envelope for the convenience of the insured or their representative.
The first letter is mailed on the first Monday following the expiration date.
If there isn't a response to the first letter within three weeks of its mailing, a second letter is sent to the named insured.
If there isn't a response to the second letter a special letter is sent to the producing agency requesting their assistance in obtaining the necessary audit data from their client.
If there isn't any response within two weeks of mailing the special letter to the producing agency, the file is closed and returned to the assigning carrier.

The maximum time interval between the date of the initial letter and the closing of the file is seventy days, which is a generous amount of time for the insured to respond.

All responses from the insured are summarized and ready for the insurance carrier's personnel to process the audit. All completed and summarized audit reports are promptly mailed to the assigning carrier.
